A BIG THANK YOU to all employees of Clarum who are working with dedication to ensure the uninterrupted supply of food for all our citizens during the extraordinary circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to protect our employees, Clarum began employee training and introduced extraordinary measures as early as February 27, 2020, both in the production process and in overall operations. To further enhance safety, we have provided protective masks, gloves, safety glasses, and disinfectants. Production processes have been reorganized to ensure that employees maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from one another. In addition, all production equipment, carts, conveyors, and surfaces in production and warehouse areas are regularly and intensively disinfected. Protective measures have also been introduced for warehouse staff who come into contact with supplier trucks, whereby drivers remain in their cabins, and only after vehicle disinfection does the loading or unloading of goods take place.

Production is currently organized six days a week in two shifts, with a 30-minute interval between shifts to prevent overlap of workers. During this time, as well as at the end of each working day, ventilation and thorough disinfection of production facilities and all workspaces are carried out. Employees whose roles are not directly tied to production (Sales, Procurement, Marketing) have been enabled to work from home, while other office staff are arranged to work individually in separate offices during working hours.

Prices of all Clarum products have remained unchanged.

In order to ensure the uninterrupted supply of food to the Croatian market, our employees are working with increased effort. The Company’s Management has therefore decided to grant a one-time financial bonus to all employees in recognition of their exceptional performance and adherence to enhanced hygiene measures, as well as to provide a supply of Clarum products to be distributed to all staff.
