Clarum d.o.o. is a Croatian company, 100% privately family-owned, specializing in the production of dough-based products. Our journey began with the production of filo pastry sheets for pies and strudels – a product that still represents the foundation of our offering and our recognition on the market.
Over the years, we have expanded our production to include dry pasta, as well as fresh and frozen products such as strudels, burek, and lasagne. However, our filo pastry sheets remain the product customers associate with us the most.
